Telesales Executive

Telesales Operative We are looking for a driven and confident Telesales Operative with strong IT skills and a proactive mindset to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on cold calling prospective clients, developing leads, and presenting tailored sales solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, is essential for creating client-facing presentations and internal reports. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company products/services Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline Create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations to potential and existing customers Update and manage customer information using CRM systems Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to refine pitches and improve outreach strategies Maintain accurate records and report sales activities using IT tools Requirements: Experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a similar sales environment Confident and effective in cold calling and handling objections Strong IT skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and especially PowerPoint Ability to create compelling presentations to support pitches and proposals High levels of initiative, independence, and self-discipline Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Target-oriented with ..... full job details .....
