If you are looking for your next contract and are available to start early February, please get in touch asap.Client DetailsPublic SectorDescriptionLead and support change programmes, restructures and TUPE ProjectsProvide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior management and stakeholders.Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.Collaborate with line managers to address performance management and development needs.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.ProfileA successful HR Business Partner should have:Previous experience working as a HR Business Partner with a strong HR generalist backgroundExcellent working knowledge of UK employment law, including TUPE and union engagementConfident managing ER matters, driving organisational change and shaping people solutionsSkilled communicator who can influence, coach and build strong relationships at all levelsA proactive problem solver who combines critical thinking with a collaborative, people-first approachCIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with a commitment to continuous professional developmentJob OfferSalary c 50k - 60k (dependant on experience)Based in Torquay, hybrid working 2/3 days in the office.12 month contract. ..... full job details .....
