We are a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Grays, Essex, looking to appoint enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our vibrant team.

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with class teachers to support pupils learning.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support, including for children with additional needs.
- Help create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster children''s confidence, independence, and love of learning.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with children.
- Is flexible, nurturing, and able to build strong relationships.
- Ideally has experience in an educational or care setting (though not essential - full training provided).
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and child development.
