THE ROLE
You will join a Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property department, advising a diverse client base on a broad range of Real Estate matters. The role will involve handling a busy caseload with a high degree of autonomy, while working closely with experienced colleagues across the wider firm.
You will handle a varied caseload covering freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development, financing and refinancing, including bridging finance, alongside occasional corporate support. You will also advise tenants on lease acquisitions and ongoing management matters, including Licences to Assign and Deeds of Variation. Working to tight deadlines, you will manage matters through to completion while developing your technical expertise, client relationships, and business development profile within a supportive team.

THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 5+ years’ PQE and a strong commercial property background, including experience in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and leasehold matters. Development and financing experience would be advantageous. You will have strong technical and drafting skills, sound commercial awareness, excellent organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy caseload and competing deadlines. A strong focus on client care, business development and building long-term relationships is essential, alongside the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
