The team acts for individuals who need sound legal advice and guidance during a difficult time in their life, this could be due to learning disabilities, mental health, old age or clients who have suffered severe brain injuries. You will support the team in managing the financial affairs of individuals who lack mental capacity. You will be joining a specialist team with an outstanding reputation in providing sound legal knowledge to their clients.Candidate Requirements

They are seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal with a minimum of 1 year’s experience supporting a busy caseload. The role requires a proven ability to assist on complex matters, together with a compassionate approach to ensure clients receive clear advice and a high standard of service.On offer
