Work safely and professionally within occupied properties. Complete electrical works within void properties. Install and work on PV (solar) systems. Carry out electrical works associated with air source heat pump installations. Undertake full and partial rewires. Diagnose and rectify electrical faults. Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical regulations and health and safety requirements. Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers, tenants and other contractors. Complete relevant paperwork and certification accurately. Requirements Gold Card qualified electrician standard. Proven experience working in domestic properties.
