• Provide data insights to enhance operational efficiency
• Act as a key link between estimating, workshop, and customer service teams
• Contribute to daily operations and process improvements within the body shop

Requirements of the Assistant Bodyshop Manager:

• Proven experience in motor vehicle estimating within the accident repair or body shop environment
• Strong ability to audit and review estimates, coaching colleagues to improve standards
• Desirable experience in workshop control, front-of-house operations, or team management
• Commercial awareness with a keen eye for process and detail
• Ability to adapt quickly and support the existing management team
• Professional, proactive, with excellent communication skills
