Your dedication, patience, and positive approach are what matter most.You ll work alongside the SENCo and teaching staff to provide practical, emotional, and educational support for children with a variety of additional needs. Assist with learning activities, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum. Support children with social, emotional, and behavioural development. Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive environment. What We re Looking For Previous experience in a support role is beneficial, but school experience is not required.
