We're looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our Finance team and help ensure colleagues are paid accurately and on time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with payroll or administration experience who enjoys working collaboratively, supporting others, and delivering great service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the end-to-end payroll process using Miracle Pay
• Assisting with payroll queries and employee requests
• Processing overtime, allowances and deductions
• Supporting statutory payments, pensions and year-end activities
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring compliance
• Contributing to payroll administration and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

• Payroll or payroll administration experience
• Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
