Learning and Development Trainer 35,000 per annum Chelmsford Full-Time Permanent We are looking for a new Learning and Development Trainer to develop and deliver engaging learning and development programmes that build colleague competence, confidence and capability across Delta. The role will play a key part in supporting compliance with the Competence and Conduct Standard by designing, delivering and evaluating training that meets regulatory requirements and organisational priorities. What you''ll be doing Develop and deliver high-quality learning programmes that support organisational priorities, regulatory requirements and workforce capability needs. Lead the development and delivery of training programmes that support the Competence and Conduct Standard, ensuring colleagues have the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for their roles. Work closely with managers and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate these into effective training solutions. Develop expertise in key organisational learning programmes, including safeguarding, health and safety, customer service, management development and other priority topics. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning interventions, learner engagement and compliance levels, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
