Case continuity is encouraged, as we recognise how rewarding the development of the client/pet/vet bond can be. We strongly encourage career development so if you wish to pursue a specialism or certificate, we would be delighted to discuss this with you.Fix or flex - work life balance that works for youTypically, the full-time position is 40 hours per week, spread over 5 or 4 days with a mix of earlies and lates (latest finish is 7pm).You will have a 1:6 share in the Saturday rota (finish at 12.30pm) and there is no OOH.However, we know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and we want to make it brilliantly easy for you to strike the right balance.
