markets while continuing to strengthen the brand''s digital presence and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the

global digital strategy

, with full ownership of revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.Manage and scale a multi-disciplinary team spanning ecommerce, CRM, paid media, content, and digital design.Oversee daily site performance, trading initiatives, and optimisation projects to increase traffic and conversion.Drive the brands
