To do this, we need to put our members at the heart of everything we do. The Membership Recruitment Manager is a critical role and one that is essential in leading and delivering the change needed to grow IWM membership and realise our vision. This is an important leadership role and one that will require a collaborative approach to improve the performance, motivation and overall success of IWM membership. Through supporting, coaching and motivating teams, this role will focus on driving up face-to- face (F2F) membership recruitment across our 5 museums including developing innovative ways to optimise recruitment at our two air shows each year. This will be the priority in year one, with a focus in developing further membership growth initiatives, including off-site recruitment opportunities as appropriate. Leading high performance in Face-to-Face (F2F) membership recruitment: Inspire and support key Front of House (FOH) stakeholders including Retail and Admissions, Visitor Experience and Volunteering Engagement through training and coaching in membership recruitment, to deliver IWM F2F membership recruitment targets across all 5 museums.
