Executive Assistant - HandS, Facilities and Events Management

Job Overview: My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including health and safety compliance, facilities management, diary organisation, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home Key Responsibilities: Health and Safety: Ensure the workplace complies with all health and safety regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain up-to-date safety records. Liaise with external providers to organise health and safety training sessions. Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of office facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and supplies. Manage office resources efficiently, including equipment and space allocation. Diary Management: Organise and maintain senior leadership calendars, ensuring effective time management. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare agendas and provide relevant briefing materials for scheduled events. Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and execute company events, including meetings, conferences, and celebrations.
