Key Responsibilities: Carry out repairs and maintenance across various trades, including Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing Maintain a high standard of work in line with company guidelines. Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants'' homes. Example of works Plumbing - Wet room fitter Skirting, framing Sanitary replacements including bath framework, boxing and bath panels. Tiling Taps overhaul and replacements. Toilet overhauls - syphons, inlet valves etc. Requirements: Plumbing core trade, additional skills welcomed Full, valid UK driving license (max 6 points). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). At least 2 work references will be required. Ability to work professionally and presentably at all times.
