Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B telesales calls.
• Generate qualified appointments for Business Development Consultants.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Research target companies and identify new opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline using CRM.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity.
• Achieve individual and team targets.

About You

• Experience in telesales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting or outbound sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good IT and CRM skills.
