We re looking for a Design Engineer to join our team and bring technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving to exciting retail projects across the UK and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of design and production engineering ensuring retail spaces don t just look great, but work seamlessly too. What the Design Engineer will be doing: Design and Development Create and refine innovative engineering designs for retail fixtures, layouts, and systems. Project Management Lead technical aspects of store rollouts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure projects run on time and to budget. Technical Support Troubleshoot store infrastructure, POS, networking, and environmental controls. Innovation and Optimization Research sustainable, scalable, and energy-efficient solutions for retail environments. What we re looking for: Proven 2D and 3D engineering experience in beauty/retail design. Strong SolidWorks skills and knowledge of PDM processes. Deep understanding of materials, production, and manufacturing processes. Ability to interpret client briefs into tangible engineering solutions.
