The Role:Set and run Bobst die-cutting and creasing machinery to high performance and quality standards.Interpret and follow working instructions accurately to meet production requirements.Conduct quality checks and first-off pass inspections throughout production runs.Optimise machine performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.Carry out routine maintenance in line with the Asset Care Program.Participate in the 5S programme and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with the wider team to meet production targets and provide cover during holidays, absences, and peak demand.Support the transfer of work in and out of the department and maintain high levels of housekeeping.
