Repairs and Maintenance Manager - Contract position Key Role Description : The role holder will be responsible for effectively managing and organising the front line delivery of work activities and lead on strategic marketing and development of venues and localities.The role holder will work closely with service manager and key stakeholders to effectively engage with residents and local communities in order to develop and deliver appropriate programmes and activities. The role holder will work in collaboration with other key stakeholders to develop effective partnerships, linkages and greater coordinated working with partner to achieve services objective and ensure joined up delivery and maximum efficiency .
