About The RoleFDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking an Adoption Lead / Change Manager (Active SC Clearance Required) to work for our client within the public sector. This is initially an 8-month contract with the potential to extend, and will be a predominantly remote role with occasional travel into London or Manchester.We are seeking an experienced Adoption Lead / Change Manager to drive the successful adoption of business and technology transformation initiatives across complex organisational environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering change management and user adoption strategies that maximise engagement, minimise resistance, and ensure sustainable business outcomes.Working closely with programme teams, stakeholders, and end users, you will lead organisational change activities across the full project lifecycle, ensuring that people, processes, and technology changes are effectively embedded.
