Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Summary of the Account Manager role Salary: £25,000 Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 37 hour working week Monday - Friday Responsibilities of the Account Manager Act as primary contact for requests for orders and quotes. Build strong relationships with customers. Handle customer escalations. Ensure orders are managed and shipped in a timely manner. Expedite the orders. Issuing credit notes Answer telephone queries. Requirements for a successful Account Manager Previous account management experience within a manufacturing sales environment. Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills. Excellent typing skills. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP. Experience using CRM systems. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
