A client of ours, based on the outskirts of Chelmsford, is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and welcoming team ASAP until December.This is a full-time temporary position, Monday to Friday, working 8 hours per day between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with a pay rate of up to 12.71 per hour. Please note, due to the location of the site, you must be a driver as it is not accessible by public transport.Your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator will include:Responding to incoming customer calls and email enquiriesAccurately updating databases, records and Excel spreadsheetsPreparing and drafting customer correspondence and lettersMonitoring and following up on ticket responsesManaging diaries and coordinating appointmentsProviding general administrative support across two departmentsPreparing and maintaining relevant documentationSupporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasksTo be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position, you will need:Previous experience within customer service, administration or a similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA professional, approachable and positive mannerThe ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectivelyStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systemsA proactive approach with the ability to work well as part of a teamA full driving licence and ..... full job details .....
