Registered Manager - Learning DisabilitiesNorth and East London 50,000 - 52,000 per annumFull-time, PermanentAre you an experienced Registered Manager working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs or behaviours that challenge?We are recruiting for a long-established care provider looking for a Registered Manager to oversee two specialist services across North and East London.The two services are only 15 minutes'' drive apart, with experienced senior staff already in place.You will be responsible for the quality, compliance and day-to-day management of both services, leading established teams and ensuring the people supported receive safe, person-centred care.The RoleYou will:Lead and manage both servicesMaintain strong CQC complianceLead, support and develop staff teamsOversee support plans and risk assessmentsManage safeguarding, incidents and complaintsOversee referrals, assessments and new placementsCarry out audits and quality monitoringBuild effective relationships with families and external professionalsSupport service development and occupancyThere are approximately 28 staff across the two services, including experienced Senior Support Workers.About YouYou will ideally have:At least 2 years'' experience as a Registered ManagerCurrent or recent CQC registrationStrong experience supporting adults with learning disabilitiesExperience of autism, complex needs, mental health or behaviours that challengeStrong knowledge of CQC requirementsExperience ..... full job details .....
