Are you an experienced and driven Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality residential projects? We are looking for a talented Site Manager to join a leading volume residential builder based on a project in Sittingbourne, Kent. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations on-site to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee the construction team, including subcontractors and labor, ensuring safe working practices at all times. Coordinate and monitor the progress of construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and specifications. Liaise with architects, surveyors, and contractors to resolve any technical or operational issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Produce and manage reports, including site progress reports and health and safety documentation. Maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a background in volume residential construction. Strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety legislation, and construction processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines. CSCS card, SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certification.
