Reporting to the Customer Delivery Team Leader, you''ll help clients build a year-round social value plan, so their evidence and reporting are ready when it counts. What you''ll be doing Train members on the TOM System and Social Value Portal platform Help clients build and deliver a year-round social value reporting plan Build and maintain strong relationships across a portfolio of private sector accounts and their supply chains Monitor usage and delivery metrics, flagging issues and driving improvement Extract and analyse platform data to produce social value reports and case studies Present updates to senior stakeholders, including social value leads and heads of social value Manage customer cases efficiently, keeping accurate records in the CRM ..... full job details .....
