Responsibilities will include:Processing high volumes of purchase invoices and matching to purchase ordersSupplier statement reconciliations and resolving invoice discrepanciesPreparing and assisting with weekly supplier payment runsRaising sales invoices and credit notesAllocating customer payments and maintaining accurate sales ledger recordsSupporting credit control activities and chasing outstanding debtPerforming daily bank reconciliations and cash postingsAssisting with month-end duties, including accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliationsProcessing employee expenses and timesheetsSupporting project costing and financial administrationMaintaining accurate financial records and assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks as requiredWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will have previous experience working within an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Accounts Administrator position.
