Role Overview Join an elite workshop in Daventry specializing in the design and manufacture of high-performance roll cages for high-end motorsport vehicles. This is a precision-led role involving the full lifecycle of cage production from interpreting technical drawings to the final fabrication and welding of safety structures that meet MSA/FIA standards Responsibilities and Requirements Welding Proficiency: Expert-level MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, and aluminium. Fabrication: Preparing modern and historic motorsport body shells and using technical drawings for precision part fabrication. Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings, calculate dimensions accurately, and use varied hand/power tools.
