The North York Moors National Park Authority looks after and promotes one of the most beautiful parts of the British Isles. We are now looking for an Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis in our Planning Department, working 37 hours per week (consideration will also be given to 30 hours per week).

The Role
As an Administrator, you will support the smooth and efficient running of our planning administration service.
Acting as the first point of contact for planning-related queries, youll play a key role in making sure processes are handled fairly, accurately, and on time.
Your work will involve overseeing daily task allocation, monitoring team outputs, and using planning software to process applications and produce documents.
Youll vet small-scale applications, manage planning-related legal agreements, and administer local land charges and search requests.

Support Planning Committee meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and records are maintainedContribute to data collection and reportingMaintain accurate records and statistics for planning functions
About You
To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:
Experience in an administrative environment, handling processes and responding to customer requirementsStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsTo be educated to GCSE or NVQ2 level or equivalent
