Electrical Estimator- Business Development Manager
We are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven background in the electrical and MandE sector, focused on commercial projects. This role is key to driving new business, developing long-term client relationships, and producing accurate estimating quotes and pricing for commercial electrical and MandE works. The successful candidate will have strong commercial awareness, technical understanding, and the ability to confidently manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial electrical and MandE sector Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and key stakeholders Prepare and present accurate estimates, quotations, and pricing for commercial electrical and MandE projects Work closely with estimating, contracts, and operational teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids Attend client meetings, site visits, and tender interviews as required Monitor market activity, competitors, and upcoming opportunities Contribute to overall business growth in line with company objectives Skills and Experience Required Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the electrical and/or MandE sector Strong understanding of commercial electrical and MandE installations Demonstrable experience in producing accurate costings, estimates, and pricing Ability to ..... full job details .....
