Managing and selling a constantly evolving portfolio of diverse properties. Managing vendor and buyer expectations through a sales process by utilizing the following skills: sales, negotiation, listening, contact strategy, and relationship building. Generating targeted levels of margin/volume/revenue. Successfully closing property sales within quick timescales. Working with proceedable prospective buyers to convert viewing interest into offers. Progressing sales to conveyancing with outstanding attention to detail. Communicating clearly with both colleagues, customers, and other departments.
