About The RoleFDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a PMO and Change Management Consultant (HR Technology) to work for our client within the retail sector. This is initially a 6 month contract with very good prospects to extend and will be a hybrid role based in London.Our client is seeking a consultant who can bring structure, momentum, and clear thinking to a busy HR transformation programme. This opportunity requires someone who blends PMO discipline, change management expertise, and HR technology delivery experience- ideally an individual who thrives in complex environments and can shift seamlessly between detailed coordination and senior stakeholder engagement.The role spans two key workstreams:Supporting a Talent Acquisition Technology Transformation initiativeLeading change management and communications for a HR offboarding process improvement programmeResponsibilities:Talent Acquisition Technology TransformationOwn the PMO function across the project - managing timelines, risks, RAID logs, stakeholder responsibilities, and decision logsTranslate business requirements into structured documentation including process flows, functional summaries, and change impact assessments for vendor discussionsCoordinate inputs across global and regional TA, HRIS/Workday, Legal, Cybersecurity, IT Integration, and vendor partnersPrepare materials for Steering Committees, HR leadership, governance forums, and design authority meetingsSupport vendor coordination - ..... full job details .....
