A well-established organisation based in Camberley, Surrey are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join the team. This role would also suit candidates who are working as an Assistant Network Manager, Network Engineer, IT Technician, IT Engineer, IT Support Analyst or similar. Please note, this role will be fully site based (no hybrid or remote working). Working as part of a small IT team, you will ensure the provision and maintenance of high-quality IT services to users in collaboration with the IT Systems Manager. You will support core IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability of services and data to all stakeholders and will assist with managing and developing IT provision across the site, delivering strategic IT objectives and coordinating the work of IT technicians. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the design and delivery of the IT strategy and deliver successful IT projects, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT infrastructure and use the IT helpdesk to prioritise, assign and resolve tasks and monitor network performance and ongoing issues.
