The Role

We are actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on projects using JCT contracts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of clients and manage the delivery of projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a varied and engaging position with significant responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally consultancy-side
• Proven experience managing projects independently.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• MRICS accreditation or be actively working towards completing their APC.
