Senior Platform Manager WorkplaceOverview The Senior Platform Manager Workplace is responsible for the design, delivery, operation and performance of Workplace and End User Computing services. This role owns availability, resilience and service quality across digital workplace platforms and leads supplier delivery in a complex multi vendor environment.The post sits within IT Platforms and Operations and provides technical leadership across end user compute, digital workspace and meeting room technologies, ensuring services meet business needs, security requirements and agreed service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the design, operation and performance of Workplace and EUC platformsLead delivery and ongoing improvement of end user compute, digital workspace and meeting room servicesEnsure availability, resilience and service quality of critical workplace servicesProvide technical leadership across Workplace and Infrastructure servicesManage and direct suppliers delivering workplace and infrastructure capabilityEnsure suppliers meet agreed SLAs, KPIs and performance targetsOversee planning, installation, maintenance and acceptance of new workplace technologiesAnticipate, investigate and resolve service and system issuesDefine platform objectives, roadmaps and operating processes with suppliersBalance business outcomes, cost control and supplier performanceEngage and influence senior stakeholders across the organisationEnsure services meet security, compliance and quality ..... full job details .....
