Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Civil Engineering Site Manager / Site Agent on behalf of an international tier 1 civil engineering contractor to work on a large ongoing project around the Leeds area. The contractor has a huge name in the industry for delivering quality and delivering results for clients across the UK and further afield. They are looking to add to their team with the addition of another Site Engineer, initially working on a large highways project near Leeds (2 years duration). Further work secured across the North of England following this. Project values with this team: 100m to 1bn+. Responsibilities as Agent / Manager: Manage project sections at all stages Writing and updating site documentation Cost control with QS and commercial counterparts Attend meetings on sites Temporary Works management and involvement with lift plans Management of sub-contractors Construction Phase Plans Project reports Daily HandS checks on site Daily briefings with Sub Agents and Works Managers on sections Keeping site file up to ..... full job details .....
