Our client, a prominent growing accountancy firm with a number of practices across England, is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist for their Northampton team. This is a full time role working on a hybrid basis. Some of your responsibilities will include:Provide payroll services to a portfolio of the firm''s clientsProcess payrolls on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis (or as directed)Process starters and leavers, calculating statutory payments, RTI submissions, pension deductions etc.Setting up PAYE schemes with HMRC and cease schemes when neededAct as primary contact with HMRC for all PAYE related mattersCalculating auto enrolment pension deductions and uploading pension contributionsBACS files submissionSubmit HMRC RTI information, FPS and EPS ensuring deadlines are metPreparation of P45s, P60s, Starter DeclarationsLiaise directly with clients to ensure accuracy of payroll data and answer queriesSupport and assist other members of the teamAbout you:You will have worked in a payroll team with similar responsibilities to those listed aboveYou will have strong IT skills and able to pick up new software packages very quicklyYou will be highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.High attention to detail and accuracy is essential in this role.For an opportunity to join a fantastic firm who is on a strong growth trajectory, we would like to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
