Sous Pastry Chef requirements:

• A hardworking and experienced Sous Pastry Chef with a background in high£end hotels, private membersandrsquo; clubs, or quality restaurants. All applicants must demonstrate a stable, proven career history within reputable kitchens.
• A creative, organised pastry professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for modern pastry techniques. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and refine innovative menus.
• Confident leading a small pastry brigade of two chefs, with the ability to motivate, train, and maintain exceptional standards within an intimate, high£performing team.
