Rota six weeks ahead. Essential Experience:Care, childcare, or support worker experience; this can be personal or professional. Genuine interest in supporting a client with additional needs, willingness to learn, good team player and sense of humour. Excellent verbal communication skills and a high level of spoken English as the role requires clear and effective communication with the family and wider support team. This role is open to female applicants only. Desirable: Enhanced Adult DBS on the Update Service, previous care experience, and previous experience of supporting a client living in their family home.
