You’ll be the face of our technical expertise, conducting compelling

product demonstrations and technical presentations . By effectively communicating the value of our services, you''ll help prospective customers understand how our solutions can solve their challenges. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is key; you''ll act as a

trusted advisor , guiding them through their infrastructure decisions and becoming their go-to resource.Act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing expert product knowledge and technical consultation to potential clients.Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts based on their technical needs and future growth plans.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our data center services.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition.Assist in creating proposals and technical documentation for client solutions.Provide post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of services.What We Offer:A commission-based structure that offers you flexibility.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Access to ongoing training and development resources.Requirements:Experience:Associate''s degree in a technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience. A bachelor''s degree is preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Field Engineer, or similar role.Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry.Experience with hardware from major vendors (e.g., Dell, HP, Cisco, Juniper, etc.).Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards (e.g., fiber, copper), racking, and power distribution.Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware, networking equipment, and related components.Familiarity with network topologies, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP), and concepts (e.g., VLANs, routing).Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Cisco CCNA are highly desirable.A passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends.Being Multilingual is an added advantage.
