We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Quality and Compliance to join a high-performing leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement across the college. Reporting directly to the Vice Principal, Quality of Education, you will lead the development and implementation of quality strategies that enhance learner achievement, curriculum performance and the overall educational experience across a diverse provision including Study Programmes, Apprenticeships, Adult Learning, High Needs and Subcontracted Provision. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional with a strong understanding of the FE sector, Ofsted requirements and quality improvement methodologies to make a significant impact at both a strategic and operational level. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement the college''s quality assurance and continuous improvement strategy. Take ownership of the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). Analyse performance data and provide insightful reports and recommendations to senior leaders.
