This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving account growth through strategic insight and operational excellence along with generating new business through a variety of leads, market intelligence, lapsed clients and prospect information. Be a trusted commercial leader delivering exceptional value to aerospace clients through strategic account management, operational excellence, and deep industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary liaison for aerospace clients, including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and subcontractors.Build trust-based relationships through regular communication and on-site visits. Forecasts and Order ManagementOversee customer orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and product specifications.Ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100 and NADCAP. Technical CoordinationCollaborate with internal quality and production teams to meet technical requirements.Act as a bridge between customer technical teams and internal departments. ..... full job details .....
