Role andamp; Responsibilities:

  Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and build key skills.

  Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and support Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).

  
  



• 
  

  Adapt lesson materials and classroom activities to meet the needs of students with special educational needs.

  
  



• 
  

  Support students'' social, emotional, and behavioural development, using positive reinforcement and managing challenging behaviour.

  
  



• 
  

  Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and valued.

  
  



• 
  

  Foster students'' independence and encourage active participation in classroom activities.

  
  



• 
  

  Liaise with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and share progress updates.

  
  



• 
  

  Be an active part of the school''s wider team, contributing to meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
