Senior Estimator with an understanding of the public funded sector A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Estimator to represent our client, a 180m turnover main contractor based in London. The contractor specialises within both the private and public funded sectors involving new build and refurbishment schemes. Established 30 years ago, our client''s business model is extremely well managed, with a reputation for producing a quality project on time and budget, which results in a large amount of repeat business. Their future business plans are to grow the company and they now feel the time is right to engage a talented and successful Senior Estimator to assist them in their expansion plans. Ideally the Senior Estimator will be experienced within the public funded sector, managing their frameworks and ensuring all tenders are accurate and submitted in a timely manner Principle Duties and Accountabilities To effectively and professionally carry out Estimating duties including preparation of bids, as defined by the policies and procedures of the Company and the Estimating Department, in order to produce a cost effective, timely, and professional product to the satisfaction of the client and senior management team.
