The successful candidate must have knowledge of and experience in delivering fire safety construction work to buildings including knowledge of the regulatory process for work to buildings designated as ''higher-risk buildings'' under the Building Safety Act 2022.The candidate must have experience of project managing projects where a multi-disciplinary consultant team has been engaged.The team operate on a flexible working basis but must be available on the telephone Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 and the candidate must also have contact with their line manager on a video call at least once a day.Attendance on site and in the office is required to meet the needs of the job, up to a maximum of five days per week.
