Client Details The team advises a broad range of clients across the infrastructure, real estate, energy, transport, housing and development sectors on complex and high-value construction projects throughout the UK and internationally. Description Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction documentation, including: JCT and NEC contracts Professional appointments Collateral warranties Development and funding agreements Security documentation and related project agreements Advising clients on procurement strategies and project delivery structures Supporting major development, infrastructure and regeneration projects Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders Providing commercially focused risk assessment and contract management advice Profile Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction) Proven experience within a recognised construction practice Strong background in non-contentious construction matters Comfortable handling matters autonomously while collaborating with wider project teams Excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills Available to commence an assignment in the near term Job Offer Join a highly regarded construction practice with a strong pipeline of quality work Exposure to complex, high-profile projects across multiple ..... full job details .....
