Our client is a medium sized privately owned practice providing expert building consultancy services to the property and construction industry.

Due to an increase in their current workload they are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their current team based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be working on a diverse, exciting workload will centre on commissions, valued between andpound;0.5m and andpound;20m+ in the Development, Property, Education or Central or Local Government Sectors based within the Northern Region and Nationally.

Role/Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver PM services across the market sectors supported by the wider team.
- Support other Managers on complex multi-faceted projects.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

- A relevant construction qualification and/or working towards professional membership of a recognized institution, such as APM, CIOB or RICS.
- Experience in pre or post contract project management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
- Experience of either/ both JCT - NEC contracts.
- Knowledge of both public and private sector clients.
- Previous experience working for a Consultancy or another client side organisation.
