Business Manager (Commerical Projects) - Salary £45,000 - £50,000 Per Annum Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 Location: Luton (Head Office) / Hybrid What is the role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Manager to support the mobilisation and launch of new services. This role will function as the operational owner for multiple mobilisation projects, ensuring every workstream remains on track and that critical tasks are completed on time. You will coordinate internal and external actions required to open new schemes, tracking hundreds of moving parts such as property readiness, staffing progress, documenting / contracting items, and stakeholder actions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing detail, maintaining project plans, tracking actions, and proactively following up with stakeholders. You will be comfortable working in a challenging environment where priorities can change quickly and where a practical, solution-focused approach is essential. About you: You will be a highly organised individual who thrives on bringing structure and momentum to complex projects. Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets, action trackers and Gantt charts. Experience coordinating projects valued at £3 £4 million or above, including service mobilisations, operational implementations, and complex multi-stakeholder programmes of work.
