This is a varied role that combines void clearance, environmental cleaning, property preparation, and general labouring duties across a range of residential properties.The role will involve clearing properties of furniture, household items, waste, and other materials, carrying out environmental cleans and deep cleaning activities, and assisting with the transportation of materials using company vehicles. Training will be provided for environmental cleaning processes, as well as the use of flatbed and tipper trucks. Candidates must be comfortable driving company vehicles.Working across multiple locations, you will be part of a team helping to ensure properties are safe, clean, and ready for occupation while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and environmental compliance.Duties:Carry out void clearances within vacant houses, flats, and maisonettes.Remove unwanted furniture, household items, rubbish, and waste from properties.Operate company vehicles, including flatbed and tipper trucks, to transport waste and materials (training provided).Support environmental cleaning activities across residential ..... full job details .....
