This role will focus on improving the customer journey, driving engagement and sharing insights that support better business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Use customer data to identify opportunities for improving retentionCreate and run campaigns for different customer groups (e.g. new, active, lapsing, lapsed, non-bookers)Track campaign performance and suggest improvementsRecommend target customer segments for direct mail, email and outbound call campaignsWork closely with the Client Engagement Manager to gather and share customer feedbackReview and improve customer journeys to increase leads and conversionBuild and manage automated email campaigns to generate leads, support sales, and build customer relationshipsCollaborate with the Digital Acquisition team to share insights that support new customer growthWork effectively across the marketing team and with other departmentsEnsure all ..... full job details .....
