The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a full 360 recruitment desk, including: Winning new business and developing relationships with prospective clients Presenting and pitching recruitment services to care organisations Negotiating terms of business and managing client contracts Sourcing, attracting and placing high-quality candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies Building and maintaining a strong candidate network Developing in-depth market knowledge through networking and industry engagement Visiting clients to secure new business and strengthen existing partnerships Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare or a similar sector A proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships ..... full job details .....
